A favorite celebration in the community is the blessing of pets in early October every year. Calendar (not Sunday) feasts like Christmas, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, Ascension Day and All Saints Day are opportunities to mark important events in the life of Jesus and the Church.
